We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our growing team of highly-skilled technology professionals. Your daily responsibilities will vary, but you will be expected to:

  • Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications, mobile applications, and REST services using a variety of tools such as selenium, cucumber and appium
  • Hands on experience using Postman or SoapUI for web service testing
  • Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes within JIRA
  • Test product features and enhancements on various physical devices and device emulators
  • Adhere to established reporting and workflow processes
  • Participate in sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
  • MDM management and configuration of mobile and tablet devices running iOS or Android

  • In depth knowledge and experience with test automation build and execution as well as best practices in test automation
  • Ability to communicate acceptance criteria, test results, risks, and impediments
  • Ability to collaborate well with developers, designers, POs, and PMs
  • Skilled at delivering detail-driven documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities

Qualifications:

  • QA experience with web and/or mobile applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or a combination of education and experience)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web application testing, SDLC and testing best practices
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar bug tracking software
  • Working knowledge of Selenium or other automated testing frameworks
  • Experienced at coding in JavaScript (or similar language)
  • 2+ years working with agile development methodologies is preferred
  • 2+ years working with test automation tools (such as Selenium) is preferred
  • Experience with load testing tools such as Jmeter is a plus
  • Experience building pipelines in DevOps tools such as Jenkins is a plus
